July's Monthly Goals

OKAY. July has ended. Where is my life going!? Where is time going!? As we try to figure it out take a moment and read this month's goals.

July's
-A "Me" day.
-Explore something/somewhere new

  • READ MORE. A reason why I set this goal for myself is because I hardly read books. But let me just say I did not pick up one single book to read except my math book for my class, smh. And my mom always says that I don't like to read because I can't find any good books or authors, so if you have any recommendations please give them too me.
  • A "ME" DAY. I don't know what I meant by this, but I did not have a "ME" day. Unfortunately, I was too busy to have one. I mean I had taken a 10 day break from my blog because I was dealing with my summer class and other random things that took a lot of my time. But every time I worked on posts I consider that "ME" time; so I'll take that. I am in need of a mani/pedi and get my eyebrows done.
  • EXPLORE A NEW PLACE. This month I went to two new places that I can remember off the top of my head. The first place was the Honda Center for J.Cole's concert. Read more. My first time at the Center and I thought it was really nice from the inside. (eye emojis). The second place I went too and I completely missed the opportunity to do a review on was Fresh Helados. Its just rolled ice cream, fruit, crepes and shakes. BOMB! I didn't get a chance to do a review because it went over my head. My mind was on my final and New York trip that it didn't even cross my mind. But I do love the place I recommend it. (YELP)
Enjoy some July photos.

I hope you laughed at some of those pictures like I did, haha, thank you for reading and I'll see you in August.

  1. Book ahh yes! The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls is one of my favorite books. I'm always re-reading it! And any book by Lang Leav is amazing. Her poetry is so relatable and inspirational. Definitely check them out! Hope you are having fun in New York!
