June's Monthly Goals

HOW!? How are we already at the end of the month of June? We are just flying through the year, like gaaaahdaaaam. Since we are already at the end of the month you know what that means; welcome to June's Monthly Goals.

June's monthly goals:
-Be more confident
-No more purchasing shoes
-Explore a new place.

  • BE MORE CONFIDENT. I've always ALWAYS struggled with this. Some may not believe this because A LOT of people think I am "conceited," but in reality I just try to be confident. So this month, I've spent majority of the days without makeup. And this is a big deal for me. I'm always wearing makeup; even if its the littlest amount. If I didn't apply makeup, then I usually don't go out. And the reason why I always felt the need to wear makeup is because of my skin. I have acne, acne scars and A LOT of redness (I blame my dad). But I started to not care as much I guess, that I started going out without makeup. I also been going to school without makeup. LIKE WOW, LIZ SLOW YOUR ROLL. I also been trying to work out pero like my foot and knee are currently injured, so we are going to wait on that. But I do feel better about myself.
  • NO MORE PURCHASING SHOES. Honestly, I don't know what I was thinking when I came up with goal. The last time I bought shoes was back in March for my Mexico trip. And before that it was sometime in the holidays when I went crazy and bought two pairs of shoes. So, I think I did good on this. But I've been wanting new shoes, so soon.
  • EXPLORE A NEW PLACE. I almost didn't have one until recently. On June 23rd I went to The Observatory OC in Santa Ana, CA. Back in April I bought my little sister tickets to see Phora (no idea who he was) in Santa Ana. I always heard of The Observatory, but never really been there. However when I arrived there I thought the venue was nice, but there was no seats and that was the first for me. Everyone was standing the entire concert. *bullshit* But, I will definitely be going back to The Observatory in the future with comfortable shoes. The best part of the concert was the DJ. #SorryNotSorry. Phora was cool though.

Don't know what monthly goals are? What they are & why I do them.
January's goals: here.
February's goals: here.
March's goals: here.
May's goals: here.

WOAH! You guys this is the first time I actually fully achieve monthly goals. Like whaaaaaaat. & as I'm posting this the giveaway is now closed. So check your email in case you won. (:
ALSO, happy July.

I got Baby Daddy issues! (Spoilers Alert!)

Exactly what you read. I got Baby Daddy issues and I am here to talk and vent about it.

How can the most funniest sitcom of FreeForm have an ending like that?

Baby Daddy is an American sitcom on FreeForm channel formally known as ABC Family. Baby Daddy was first aired and released Summer of 2012. The sitcom is about Ben finding out he has a baby girl from a one night stand. Angela, (the one night stand), leaves the baby girl on his door steps with a note saying, "if he wants to keep her he can or he can put up her up for adoption." The pilot ends with Ben deciding to raise baby Emma (his daughter) with the help of his two roommates Danny (older brother) and Tucker (best friend), along Riley (best friend) and Bonnie (his mother).

The show ran for 6 seasons equaling to 100 episodes. And each episode was as funny and dramatic as the one before. Sadly the show came to an end on May 22, 2017. Yes, I am well aware that we are at the end of June and I'm just now talking about it. To be completely honest, I can NEVER keep up with watching them live on TV. So since, Netflix recently posted season 6 and I binge watch the entire season in less than a day. *Upside Smiley Face*  I loved every episode and I love the finale, but I wish it didn't come to an end. I also want to mention that I cried a LOT during the last season. It was so cute!!

Rundown of season 6: Danny and Riley get married and they have a baby boy. Ben deals with Emma asking where her "mommy" is. Ben finally finds the girl hes been looking for. Bonnie and Brad (Bonnie's Husband) deal with some marriage problems. Tucker reconciles with his ex girlfriend (Girlfriend now) and as well with his mother.

Reasons why I got issues with Baby Daddy's season 6 and the finale is because I have a couple of unanswered questions.

1. What is the Riley's and Danny's baby boy's name? Like how are you going to show all the drama of Riley going into birth but not give us a name!?
2. What happens between Elle and Ben? We spent the entire season trying to get Elle and Ben to see each other again and when they do they left us at a cliffhanger. LIKE WHY!?
3. What happened to Tucker when he went to LA? He went to LA and came back not wanting to talk about it, because it was so bad and the only person he told was Emma. How bad can it possibly be that he doesn't want to tell anyone?
4. Does Emma eventually get a mommy? Emma spent six seasons without a "mommy" and when she finally wants one; like Ben get it together!
5. What does the future have in hold for all of them? We saw them all happy at the end, but what else? What's going to happen as time goes on?

I need answers!

Although, I did love the entire show and I'm sad it came to an end; I'll probably watch it all over again. (:

Now, if you haven't watched Baby Daddy I recommend you do so and I'm sorry for the spoilers. I do still recommend watching it, from beginning to end. It's so freaking funny! Tucker & Bonnie have to be the best duo there is. AND if you have watched Baby Daddy including season 6 I want to talk to you about it. What are your opinions? Did you expect more/less? Did you love it?

But until then I will talk to you later, while I go break my head trying to figure out these questions.

Full Face Review || June Ipsy Glam Bag

Hi and welcome back to another Full Face Review using my June Glam Bag.

June Ipsy Glam Bag
This month I received:
BioRepublic Skincare: Aloe Rescue Revitalizing Fiber Mask & Green Tea Detox Purifying Fiber Mask
City Color CosmeticsShimmer Shadow, "Cheers to Life"
Doucce: Maxlash Volumizer Mascara
NYX Professional MakeupWhipped Lip & Cheek Soufflé
theBalm Cosmetics: Balm Springs Blush
& Canvas felt like bag with lips on the front.

Starters: I used the Green Tea Detox Purifying Fiber Mask before applying all the makeup to detox my skin and help refresh it as well for 15-20 minutes. I used filters because my skin nor my hair were cooperating with me.

After: After tapping the left over excess into the skin and waited for it to dry; I proceed with my regular routine before I hit eyes. I did my foundation, concealer, brows, a bit of bronzing/contour, and I set my entire face.  CLEAN CANVAS

Then: I began doing my eyeshadow with City Colors Cosmetics: Shimmer Shadow, "Cheers to Life." I used Freckles from Iluvsarahii x Colourpop Collection CHIC-Y palette and Dreamer from Tartelette palette and used "Cheers to Life" as a topper. The first picture is a swatch of "Cheers to Life." & the second and third pictures is a 'close up' of the eyeshadow.

Then: I applied Maxlash Volumizer Mascara to both top and bottom eyelashes.

Finally: Since I had two different blushes I decided to top them on top of each other. The first picture is swatches of: NYX Professional MakeupWhipped Lip & Cheek Soufflé & theBalm Cosmetics: Balm Springs Blush.  The second picture I used the Whipped Cheek Soufflé and in the third is the Balm Spring on top.  & Also I used the NYX whipped lip in the third picture.

AFTERMATH & REVIEW:  After taking pictures with the entire look I realized that the whipped lip from NYX was to pinkish for my slighting bronze dramatic eye. So, in the second picture I changed my lipstick color to a light brown to compliment the eyes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BioRepublic Skincare: Aloe Rescue Revitalizing Fiber Mask & Green Tea Detox Purifying Fiber Mask || I only used one of the masks because the Aloe Rescue Revitalizing Mask is for 'after the sun.' Since I wanted to detox my face I used the Green Tea one, but I have to say it was both refreshing and irritating at the same time. The mask was to be left for 15-20 minutes, but I could only do 15 since it was burning my face. However, when I took the mask off I could feel my face feel tight. BUT then again it says you  need to use the mask 2-3 times  a week. So, no I didn't see "results."
City Color CosmeticsShimmer Shadow, "Cheers to Life" || The shadow was amazing! The pigmentation was outstanding although the picture doesn't do it justice. A thing I realized with shimmery shadows, is always wetting the shadow on the brush before applying for better application and pigmentation.
Doucce: Maxlash Volumizer Mascara || Is volumizing and lengthening the same thing? No, exactly. The Maxlash Volumizer Mascara did not live up to its name. I like the fact it lengthening my bottom lashes but there was no volume for my top lashes. If anything I felt like it separated my lashes and made them thinner. next.
NYX Professional MakeupWhipped Lip & Cheek Soufflé || Okay, I thought the color was everything! & I also thought that a 2 in 1 was good too, right? I liked the cheek (blush) side because it was so settle and its definitely my color. However as a lippie? No, it was way too light and it looked like a gloss, but I loved the way it smelled. I just wish the pigment was there for a lippie. I will be using this only as a blush.
theBalm Cosmetics: Balm Springs Blush || GIRL! If there's something I dislike it would have to be a pink blush, I know weird right? I felt like this blush was pigmented, which meant you had to be careful with how much you applied. & yes, I know it doesn't look pigmented in the picture, but it was on the cheeks. I would choose the NYX cosmetics blush over theBalm cosmetics blush though.
Canvas felt like bag with lips on the front || I think the bag is cute. I appreciate a canvas felt and the big red smile on the front. I'm just not a fan of the polka dots, but other than that its good.

Overall, June Ipsy Glam Bag? 3/5 Stars.

Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed my full face review. See you next month for my next review!

Influenster | Glow VoxBox

Hi everyone so recently I was sent these products for free by Influenster for reviewing purposes. I want to start off by saying although these products were sent to me to review, that doesn't mean I won't be 100% honest with you. I'm Lizzeth and honest is what I do.
I received the Glow Voxbox from Influenster. You get randomly selected on how frequently you do reviews on the app or how you do the 'snaps.' But for now let's get to the items in the Glow Voxbox. So originally you're suppose to receive four items in this Glow Voxbox, but somehow I only received three. Three can do the job. ;) I received: Flash Tattoos style: Dakota, Sinful Colors  nail polish color:  and lastly Not Your Mother Naturals Repair & Protect Leave-In Conditioner. The item I did not receive was that: Shea Moisture African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask. Now when I do reviews, you know I have to test them out first in order to give my opinion; so here we go.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Flash Tattoos style, Dakota. $20

When I first opened these tattoos, I thought the colors were everything! I was so intrigued at the beginning that I wanted to do some lip art, but let me tell you that did not go as planned AND I tried three different times. Instead I applied a little thunder strike on my forearm just to test how long they last. The application was so easy! All you have to do is cut close to the design, then run it through water where you want the placement or you can just put a wet cloth over it. *For my lip art I got a makeup brush dipped in water and went over the paper for 30 seconds.* When first applying it, it brought me back to when I was a little kid and I would get those temporary tattoos all over my body. EXACTLY LIKE THOSE.
Easy application. The only thing that went wrong was that after I removed the white paper, I twisted my arm back and forth. That is why the tattoo looks a little crumbly/wrinkled. As of today, more than half the tattoos is still there; making a week since I put it on. Now originally it lasts 4-6 days and I think its done its job; since I shower everyday. So far I'm impressed with these Flash Tattoos. & I will one day be able to do lip art with them.

Sinful Colors nail polish, Super Cooper. $1.99
First of all, excuse the really bad job I did on my nails. I am that girl who doesn't know how to do their nails. I want to being by saying, I own a couple of Sinful Colors nail polishes and I like them! When it comes to darker colors they're non streaky but when it comes to light colors they're complete opposite. When it comes to this color in particular it was a miss. Super Cooper, is a glittery  light olive green. I dislike glitters because it makes nail polishes become chunky when applying and its exactly what happened here. Once a nail polish becomes chunky you have to smooth it out and after smoothing it out it becomes thick. And in my opinion thick nail polish is the worst. I give this nail polish color a thumbs down only because its glittery. If this was a solid green color I would've loved it. But personally I don't like any glittery nail polishes.

Not Your Mother Naturals Repair & Protect Leave-In Conditioner, Royal Honey & Kalahari Desert Melon. $8.99
When it comes to conditioning my hair I was never about it until two years back. I'm all about conditioning my hair and see what helps. I received this leave-in conditioner that helps detangle and reconstruct damaged hair, amplifying softness and smoothness. When it comes to applying it, just make sure the hair is damped and spray it on the hair. *When it comes to conditioner never apply it to your roots! Apply it to the ends of your hair* After using this conditioner for two weeks, I can tell a huge difference in my hair. My hair has been damaged since I've dyed my hair but now its so soft and silky and I love it! And I also always have a problem with tangled hair, I still even using this conditioner but its been a lot less since then.  I'm just hoping it grows!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

& ladies and gentlemen that is the Glow VoxBox that Influenster sent me for reviewing purposes, thank you.

Iluvsarahii x Colourpop Collection

Karen aka Iluvsarahii reveals her collaboration with Colourpop and it recently launched last month. First I want to talk about the packaging! I think the print of the packaging is so cute. It reminds me of giraffe print and the gold makes everything stand out even more. This collection comes with 2 pressed powder eye shadows palettes, 3 different lippies formulas and 3 different lip liners. The shades to everything spoke to me, I thought of it as an everyday collection for either day or night. But now lets get to the reviews and swatches...

The collection starts off with 2 Pressed Powder Shadow Palettes!
CHIC-Y on the left & $AUCEY on the right.
They both retail at $18 each.
The CHIC-Y palette has 4 pressed powder eyeshadows.
From left to right: Distressed, Vivacious, Freckles & Noche.
Distressed: A Matte Shadow.
Vivacious: A Metallic Shadow.
Freckles: A Matte Shadow.
Noche: A Matte Shadow.
Review: The shades are extremely pigmented. Two things I noticed were: 1. Metallic shades are sheer but if you want them to pop all you have to do is wet the brush before  you go in with a metallic shade; you're welcome. & the 2nd thing I noticed is that there is a lot of fallout with these shades but they're pigmented! The color pay off is great!
Stars: 5/5

The $AUCEY palette also includes 4 pressed powder eyeshadows.
From left to right: Heavy Glam, Chic Happens, Lit & Razy.
Heavy Glam: A Metallic Shadow.
Chic Happens: A Matte Shadow.
Lit: A Metallic Shadow.
Razy: A Matte Shadow.
Review: The palette is exactly like the CHIC-Y palette. Pigmented but with fallout. & The metallics once wet on the brush are stunning! My favorite shade is Lit!
Stars: 4/5
The collaboration has 3 different formula of lippies with their corresponding lip liners.
Left to right: Curvii, Mamacita & 951.
The lippies retail for $6 each.
The lip liners retail for $5 each.
The first one up is Curvii. Curvii is a Ultra Lip Gloss. The gloss is a Crème formula; which means its medium coverage. From these pictures you can tell 3 things; 1. really bad quality. 2. horrible swatches. & 3. the lip liner and the lip gloss don't go together. Iluvsarahii actually made the lip liner to go with the lip gloss to contour to the lip & I though that was creative.
"Curvii" is described as "A light peachy nude in a crème finish"
In my opinion: A pinky nude.
Review: The gloss has glitter! & Its also not medium coverage. To get a medium coverage you'll have to apply 2-3 coats. The good thing is that its not a sticky lip gloss! But it is an extremely light shade.
TIP: Apply the entire lip liner on the lips then apply the lip gloss for a brown nude gloss.
Stars: 4/5
The second lipstick is Mamacita. Mamacita is an Ultra Matte Lip. The color of the lip liner obviously lies to you. The lip liner shows purple but once you apply it, it turns out to be purple although my swatches doesn't show it.
"Mamacita" is described as "A deepened burgundy"
In my opinion: I would have to agree. Its a burgundy for sure!
Review: I absolutely love the color! But just how I said in my Galore Series #1: -Lipsticks a Ultra Matte Lip from Colourpop can be a hit or miss. Unfortunately, for me this was a miss. Mamacita was streaky/patchy. & of course like always when it comes to these matte lipsticks I only recommend one coat. If you do more than one coat then you run the risk of it flaking off the lips. After a while it starts to feel powdery as well. & It also stains your lips after removing it.
Stars: 2/5

The last lippie is 951. 951 is an Ultra Satin Lip. & Yes, finally the lip liner and the lipstick match. This shade reminds me of "Daddy" from the Jeffree Star x MannyMua collection but in a satin finish and a little lighter on the brown.
"951" is described as "A mid-tone warm nude"
In my opinion: a brown nude.
Review: I love satin finish from Colourpop. A satin finish I definitely recommend. 951 is a darker nude for me then I would like but I recommend 951. Satin finishes are not matte but it lasts all day. & I also love the name "951" because that is my area code and I love the fact that she named it after where she was born and raised.
Stars: 5/5
Final thoughts!
Left to right, Pressed eyeshadow palettes: CHIC-Y & $AUCEY
Left to right, Lippies: Mamacita, Curvii & 951.

I don't love the collection but I also don't hate it. The entire collection costs $60 and there's the entire PR collection that comes a nice fancy box for $69. In my opinion, save yourself $9 and don't get the PR Collection & just get the regular Collection. The only difference is that it comes in a nice box. I thought packaging was very cute, but there was definitely some misses.  What I love about this collection are: The CHIC-Y palette, Curvii lip gloss, 951 satin lip and lip liners: Curvii and 951. What I disliked about the collection was Mamacita matte lip and the lip liner. From the palettes I recommend: CHIC-Y if you're a neutral type of gal or $aucey if you're a dark tones person. Now if I had to rate the lippies in order: 1. 951 2. Curvii & 3. Mamacita. & For the lip liners: I loved all 3 of them because they slide so easily but in order: 1. Curvii 2. 951 3. Mamacita.

If you want more information or you want to look more into  then you can go ahead and click the links. vVv

10 Facts About Me pt. 2

1. I did folklorico dance in elementary. In the 6th grade we had to learn how to dance folklorico to perform in front of the entire school + parents. I remember I wore at purple skirt and tiny little heels. & Ever since then I've been wanting to dance folklorico again.
2. Wings & fries are my go to.  Don't even get my started on wings and fries. I will never turn either of them down; my ride and die foods! Wings & fries are the way to my heart. Mango Habanero well done wings and any well-done fries will do the trick.
3. I hate repeating myself. If you make my repeat myself more than twice, then we have a problem. & I will let you know to "forget about it" because at that point you have probably already irritated me.
4. "Check On It" was my ringtone in the 4th grade. I had my first cellphone in the 4th grade and my favorite song back then was "Check on it" by Beyonce. Best believe I spent my parents' money on that ringtone. #NoRegrets
5. I've only had one hangover. OMG! So, I started drinking since I was around 9 years old? (Possibly younger). I sometimes would get drunk, but I would always wake up perfectly fine. BUT freshmen year of college, I was soooo drunk! That night/morning I woke up in the shower with the water running; I'm still trying to figure out how I survived. But that hungover lasted me 2 days and I wasn't able eat at all. It was the worst! & that has still been my only hangover since.
6. I never passed my behind the well exam. (Drivers License). LMFAO! Every time I tell this story no one believes me, but here we go. So, my very first try I didn't even get to exit the parking lot because I was disqualified. I was disqualified because I hit the side walk. Two weeks later, I went again but to a different DMV and I ended up failing because I "didn't look over my shoulder." At this point my mom was mad & annoyed with me. She said that I had to wait until I was ready. & Then a week and half later, my grandpop walks in the house claiming I got ticket. My parents were tripping out until I opened it & it turned out that I had received my Drives License. Craziest part, was receiving it without even passing my exam. *DAB*
7. I've had 3 cars, so far. When I first started driving I got passed down my mom's old car. I drove a white 1994 Toyota Corolla in hella good condition. After having it for 6 months, my grandpop wanted to trade cars. So, I gave up my 1994 Toyota Corolla and I got a 2004 Toyota Corolla Sport. & In mid march I had mentioned to my parents that I wanted a truck and they said I was crazy. But after having it for 6 months in May, my dad took me to school; which I thought was weird because I drove myself there. & After school when it came to my dad picking me up, he picked me up in my current truck now. My parents got me the truck I saw in the dealer & now that's my baby, 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
8. I started wearing make up in the 7th grade. I began to wear mascara in the middle of 7th grade and that would be the only thing I would wear, smh. I actually didn't start wearing anything less until the 9th grade.
9. I saw the entire Twilight Saga in theaters One day in high school my mom took me out of 2 hours into the day & we went to the theaters. We had tickets to watch the entire Twilight Saga that day. Since the second part to Breaking Dawn was premiering, they had a special. So it started off at 10am watching Twilight and we came out the theaters at 1am finished watching Breaking Dawn part.2 It was a good but long experience.
10. I used to play soccer when I was younger. I began to play soccer when I was in the 2nd grade up until I was in the 4th grade. 2nd & 3rd I played in a league in Orange County. & in the 4th grade I played soccer in elementary school since we had moved. But ever since I started break my bones my dad thought I was too fragile, so he made me stop. Until freshmen year of High School, I started to play soccer again but once season started, I quit.
