July's Monthly Goals

OKAY. July has ended. Where is my life going!? Where is time going!? As we try to figure it out take a moment and read this month's goals.

July's
-A "Me" day.
-Explore something/somewhere new

  • READ MORE. A reason why I set this goal for myself is because I hardly read books. But let me just say I did not pick up one single book to read except my math book for my class, smh. And my mom always says that I don't like to read because I can't find any good books or authors, so if you have any recommendations please give them too me.
  • A "ME" DAY. I don't know what I meant by this, but I did not have a "ME" day. Unfortunately, I was too busy to have one. I mean I had taken a 10 day break from my blog because I was dealing with my summer class and other random things that took a lot of my time. But every time I worked on posts I consider that "ME" time; so I'll take that. I am in need of a mani/pedi and get my eyebrows done.
  • EXPLORE A NEW PLACE. This month I went to two new places that I can remember off the top of my head. The first place was the Honda Center for J.Cole's concert. Read more. My first time at the Center and I thought it was really nice from the inside. (eye emojis). The second place I went too and I completely missed the opportunity to do a review on was Fresh Helados. Its just rolled ice cream, fruit, crepes and shakes. BOMB! I didn't get a chance to do a review because it went over my head. My mind was on my final and New York trip that it didn't even cross my mind. But I do love the place I recommend it. (YELP)
Enjoy some July photos.

I hope you laughed at some of those pictures like I did, haha, thank you for reading and I'll see you in August.
Don't know what monthly goals are? What they are & why I do them.
January's goals: here.
February's goals: here.
March's goals: here.
May's goals: here.
June's goals: here.

Hora de Chisme: Everything is a work in progress.

Hi everyone and welcome back to another life update. The last Hora de Chisme, I posted was two months ago, so I felt like I needed to sneak one in before things got a little hectic.

Two months ago, I touched on two important topics that were happening in my life. One of the topics was that I'm traveling to New York and another one is moving back to San Jose. Although, this is what Hora de Chisme is going to focus on today; I also want to go into more details about it and sneak somethings.

I am currently getting my things ready for both New York and San Jose. I will be leaving to NY August 1st-8th. Also I want I add in that Monica will not be traveling with us, due to personal reasons; so, it will only be Magz and I. Yes, the itinerary is done and its going to be freaking crazy. I'm already tired and all I've done is buy the things I need for the trip. Now when I come back from the trip, I'll start my packing because I'm heading back to San Jose on August 12th. With a heavy heart, this will be the last weekend here at home with my family until I'll be able to come back and something tells me it won't be soon. Since I'll only be home for three days after my trip; I need to fit in so many things with such a short time span. So, I'm hoping for the best.

I recently cleaned out the garage looking for my things from San Jose and I only found one small box. So, I'm on the hunt for the rest of my boxes. I will be moving to an apartment; which means I have to do some apartment shopping once I get back to SJ. I will be living with Yahaira, Margarita, and Danika. My actual roommate is Danika and I'm really excited to meet her. Yahaira and Margarita are my pledge sisters, so I know how they are. No biggy.

So in the beginning of July, my old manager texted me if I wanted my old job back and I said yes of course! But unfortunately due to construction the store is closing down and everyone is being moved around. At that moment, I thought I had to look for a new job, but I was so fortunate because she had basically three jobs for me and all I had to do was choose. Which is the reason why I'm going to San Jose early. Your girl has to go to work early.

Within the 8 months I was here at home I learned SO much. I learned more about myself, school, and relationships. I learned that I put myself in a funk. I wouldn't say its all in my head, but some things really don't need a reaction and somethings are not even important to acknowledge. Sometimes I just have to get up and do it, you know what I'm saying? And I know in the past I've talked about how I go through stages where I'm perfecting fine and the next thing you know I'm not. With that being said for the sake of myself I will be attending counseling and that is something big because I always been against it. But its something I need. Now to school. I learned that I have to put more effort than I usually do and how I said earlier sometimes I just need to get up and do it. Over the summer I would wake up around 5:45am three days out of the week to drive to my summer course that started at 8am. Now let me tell you, that's dedication! Back then I wouldn't even go to my 9am class living on campus. It was so bad back then, but I realized that I need my education. I can't just sit around and be lazy. With that beginning said, I will be doing school goals for each month of the semester. Similar to the monthly goals I'm doing now, but obviously dealing with school. Now relationships. I'll say this once and keep it nice and short: one sided friendships/relationships need to end.

Lately, I've been so happy. Although things are not always falling into place I'm starting to feel like some weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I don't dwell on things so much either because everything happens to fast that all I really can do I is focus on myself if there's nothing I can do about it. I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but things got better and will continue to do better. Thank you!

That will be it for today's Hora de Chisme and of course I'll see you soon.

Concert | | Your Eyez Only Tour: J. Cole

Let me just say, July 9th, 2017 was probably one of the best nights I've had in a while. Back in April I bought two tickets for both my sister and I for J.Cole's concert. My sister was not a big fan of him, so I told her that she needed to step up her game for that night and she did not disappoint. We drove to Honda Center, Anaheim (Home of the Anaheim Ducks); which was kind of exciting for the both of us because it was our second concert of the summer and our first time there too. The line to get in the concert was not that bad but the line for the merchandise was the worst line I've ever been in (including black Fridays). We both got sweated and stepped on. We got pushed in every direction. We stood in that crazy line for 45 minutes and I didn't even reach the front. A girl that was in front of me bought two shirts and I ended up paying her cash. She was a live saver. If you're wondering if we got matching shirts again the answer is YES! We wanted tour shirts and the one we really wanted was already sold out, so we got the second tour shirt. Meaning we didn't have an option. BUT the concert was amazing! J.Cole's opening performers were: J.I.D, Ari Lennox and Bas. I am a big Dreamville Fan, but I've never head of J.I.D until that night and to be honest he sounded like Kendrick Lamar. So, yes I liked him. Ari Lennox was good too I listened to her music and I liked it, I'm currently discovering more songs from her. Now Bas, he's my favorite from Dreamville of course not like J.Cole but he's second. That's when my singing started to come in! One of my favorite things from this concert compared to Chris Brown was that I was able to hear every single performer. It was amazing! J.Cole of course had the best entrance. The man walked up on stage as if he was a prisoner, EPIC! Throughout the concert he gave some inspiration/motivational speeches.  He even showed us a video of police men raiding his home. You have to see it to believe it. He performed his entire Your Eyez Only album plus of course some old popular songs. I have to say, compared to 2014 Forest Hill Drive tour his part was the best in Your Eyez Only. I LOVED IT! & yes, I lost my voice and hands down the best concert ever. Until next time.

Full Face Review || Play! by Sephora: Beauty Staycation, July 2017

Welcome to another Full Face Review (FFR), except this time I will be talking about Play! by Sephora. This bag is called, "Beauty Staycation" July 2017. Play! by Sephora is about the same as Ipsy. You get five sample beauty products + a sample size perfume each month; all for $10. Since it's my first month receiving this bag; I'm still learning how it works. What I did notice once you open up the package is that you receive a pamphlet. On the pamphlet there's  '50 Beauty Insider Points' card for Sephora; as well as information about the products you received. Now that we learned more about Play! by Sephora, let's talk about the products I received.

Play! by Sephora: Beauty Staycation.
July 2017.

This month I received the following products:
Boscia: Charcoal Pore Pudding Intensive Wash Off Treatment
Milk Makeup: Cooling Water
IT Cosmetics: Superhero Elastics Stretch Volumizing Mascara
BareMinerals: Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipcolor in Swag
Briogeo: Rosario Milk Reparative Leave in Conditioning Spray
Atelier Cologne: Orange Sanguine
Glamp Out!:  Bag

Let's start off close and personal. I began with Boscia: Charcoal Pore Pudding Intensive Wash Off Treatment. One of the claims is "minimizes the appearance of pores;" which is why I did a close up on the mask as well at the before and after pictures.

So I unfortunately forgot to take a picture after applying Milk Makeup: Cooling Water, but it honestly worked like a moisturizer and I'll get into details at the bottom. I also used IT Cosmetics: Superhero Elastics Stretch Volumizing Mascara and Briogeo: Rosario Milk Reparative Leave in Conditioning Spray, but they weren't photographed not because I forgot but it's because I had already done a review on them in my May Ipsy Glam Bag. So I saved us both the time. And I received BareMinerals: Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipcolor in Swag; so I swatched it on the top picture and I'm wearing it on the second picture.

AFTERMATH & REVIEW:
Boscia: Charcoal Pore Pudding Intensive Wash Off Treatment || When I first held it in my hand I thought it was such a good amount for a travel size; and for a mask that originally cost $38 full size. The mask claims to "balances skin's moisture, absorbs impurities and minimizes the appearance of pores." Now did it do its job? You're supposed to apply and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes and that's exactly what I did. When I was wearing the mask I can definitely see my pore through it and I was disgusted. I HAVE A LOT OF PORES! I did real close ups and it didn't minimize them, if anything I felt as if they stood out more. However, it did leave my face feeling soft AND it did absorb my impurities. So I'm not mad about it. The only thing that bugged me was the smell, BUT it was only when I was applying it. The mask smelled like a plant and I honestly can't pin point exactly what plant, but I'm just going to say, the peppermint plant. Know what I'm talking about? But yes, I'm loving the mask especially since it makes my foundation look airbrush! Loving it!
Milk Makeup: Cooling Water || Now I know I completely forgot to take a picture after applying, but you're going to have to trust me on this one. This Cooling Water is the best thing ever. I don't think I've ever tried anything like it. Once I applied it and I was like "WOW!" and I just went crazy and applied it everywhere. This Cooling Water stick is so hydrating, I really can't stress that enough and also really cooling, duh. I will definitely be buying this full size once I run out. It's amazing!
IT Cosmetics: Superhero Elastics Stretch Volumizing Mascara || I received this mascara in my May Ipsy Glam. So I won't be talking about it on here, besides the fact that I love this mascara. Link
BareMinerals:  Gen Nude Matt Liquid Lipcolor in Swag || I've never owned a BareMinerals lipstick, but I've owned blushes and foundations before and they were both amazing. So once I saw this lippie I was excited to add it to the collection and try it. As soon as I applied it, I automatically fell in love. The smell, texture and color is everything! The smell reminds me sweets, cupcakes and chocolate! The texture of it was so moosy. It's a matte lipstick and it was one of the most comfortable lipsticks I've ever worn. It's super lightweight , NON DRYING and very pigmented. However just because its matte it doesn't mean its going to last a long time but it does last. If that makes sense? And the pink shade surprisingly isn't that bright. Its a perfect summer and spring time shade.
Briogeo: Rosario Milk Reparative Leave in Conditioning Spray || I also received this product in May's glam bag. You can go ahead and read about it there. Link
Atelier Cologne: Orange Sanguine || Picture this: You know when you peel oranges and you have the smell on your fingers? It smells exactly like that except a lot more sweeter.
Glamp Out!: Bag || I thought the bag was very simple. I mean its not ugly but its simple to the Ipsy's Glam Bags. I got Dorothy and Picnic vibes.

Thank you for reading another Full Face Review! See you next month. :)

FFR || July Ipsy Glam Bag

Hi and welcome back to another Full Face Review using my July Glam Bag.
*Be aware there is some awkward pictures*

July Ipsy Glam Bag

Products this month:
Ciaté London: Wonderwand Gel-Kohl Hybrid Liner in Black.
Beau Gâchis:  Illuminator Brush
Nomad Cosmetics: Illuminating Highlighter in Midnight Sun
Tarte Cosmetics: Rain Forest of the Sea's Deep Dive Cleansing Gel.
BRTC: Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Mask
& Gudetama bag.

Since I really didn't receive any makeup this month I pretty much did everything expect eyeliner, highlight and lips.

To being with I'm not much of an eyeliner person.  I would only wear eyeliner on my waterline and that was between 7th to 10th grade. I only did it for three years once I realized, my eyes look a lot smaller with eyeliner. So, I used Ciaté London: Wonderwand Gel-Kohl Hybrid Liner in Black on my water line. The reason why I applied it on my waterline is because I only like pencil on my waterline and liquid liners on my eye lids. Surprisingly, it didn't make my eyes smaller. Thank goodness. It only made them darker. *first picture swatched*

And now for my favorite part which is highlight. Luckily for me I got a Beau Gâchis:  Illuminator Brush and Nomad Cosmetics: Illuminating Highlighter in Midnight Sun . The first picture is how the brush picked up the product. The second picture is Nomad Cosmetics: Illuminating Highlighter in Midnight Sun swatched on my arm. The third picture is the highlight applied to my cheekbones, cupids bow and the tip of my nose

At the end of the day I usually remove my make up with either make up removers or cleansing washes, but today I used Tarte Cosmetics: Rain Forest of the Sea's Deep Dive Cleansing Gel. The top picture is how my make up looked at the end of the day. And the other four pictures were the process on how I took off my makeup. The bottom right is after using the cleansing gel.
After washing my face I applied BRTC: Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Mask. The top two pictures is when I applied the mask and the bottom two is when I woke up and washed my face.

AFTERMATH & REVIEW:

Ciaté London: Wonderwand Gel-Kohl Hybrid Liner in Black || I realize that when I first applied the eyeliner to my waterline, it applied so smoothly and it was very pigmented. Yes, the eyeliner is double ended; one side is the actual product and on the other side is a brush. But after a while I realized I started to look like a raccoon. The eyeliner smeared! Did I except it to last all day? No of course not, but it really only lasted me two hours. Maybe eyeliner isn't meant for me unless its a waterproof one.

Beau GâchisIlluminator Brush || I loved the way the brush pick up the product. I was amazed. I've always sticked with fan brushes to applied my highlight but I think I might've found my new favorite.
Nomad Cosmetics: Illuminating Highlighter in Midnight Sun || Oh my god. This highlighter is freaking amazing. I was afraid it was going to be a little light on my complexion, because it looked yellow/white. However it applied completely different than how it looked on the pan and I am not complaining. Funny thing is that I've never heard of Nomad Cosmetics, until I received this item. And I will definitely be looking into more products by them.
Tarte Cosmetics: Rain Forest of the Sea's Deep Dive Cleansing Gel || I've actually owned this product before and I wasn't a fan. So when I saw this cleansing gel I was willing to give it another try. And yeah exactly like the time I owned it, not a fan. This cleansing gel claims to dissolve waterproof makeup. Yes it did dissolve some make up it didn't dissolve all of my makeup. After rinsing my face I noticed I had so much make up still on, so I had to go in with my own cleansing washes.
BRTC: Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Mask || This mask claims to "wake up with majorly hydrated, gorg and glowy skin" and I like to agree to a certain extend. It smelled and applied very nice. I could totally tell the glowy-ness when I first applied it, but when I woke up it was a different story. My face felt so oily and thick. I didn't notice any glow at all, I actually looked dull. However I will keep trying it to see if I did something wrong and if I could better use the product.

Gudetama bag || Oh my God. I think the bag is one of the best bags I've received since I've been an Ipsy member. Its freaking cute. I love the themed: laziness and eggs. I can feel the summer vibes through this bag and the laziness too.

Overall July Ipsy Glam Bag? 4/5

I quickly want to add that this months shipment bag was different than the original; which is the dark neon pink bag. For this month we received a bright yellow/gold bag. (I love it!) Also I would recommend you checking out Ipsy/Cash. It's their new rewards program, where you are able to get 10%-30% cash back depending on the brand and items; and of course this is when you buy makeup. All you have to be is subscribed to the Glam Bags. Here's the link for more information: here.

Pretty Little Liars for 7 years and I get this?

Pretty Little Liars has finally come to an END! 7 years, 7 seasons, 160 episodes and we finally find out who 'A,' 'Big A and A-Team,' and 'Uber A/A.D' is. Yes, there were three different groups of 'A's'. PLL is about 5 friends: Spencer, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Alison. Alison at the beginning of the pilot went missing. Throughout season one we learn that all the girls have horrible secrets. And mysterious messages begin to pour in as 'A' to The Liars. So as dirty work kept coming in and more issues kept appearing The Liars had to do what 'A' said. Until every 'A' was revealed and their motives.

Seasons 1-2: Mona was the original 'A.' She began the game with Alison and continued with 'The Liars.' Throughout the two seasons she blackmailed Lucas; which she later used him to help her with 'A's' shenanigans.

Seasons 3-6: Once Mona was revealed as 'A,' she was taken to Radley, a mental institution. And just when 'The Liars" thought the game was over another 'A' came to the game. This 'A' was known as 'Big A and the A-Team.' At the end of season 6 it was revealed that 'Big A' was Charlotte/Cece Drake/Charles. She is transgender and a daughter of Mary Drake. She felt the need to be 'A' because The Liars were happy Alison was gone at the time. After the doll house, which it was the worst time for the girls they end up finding out the truth about Cece Drake and she as well gets taken in to mental institution. And the A-Team were many people who were blackmailed by 'Big A.'

Season 7: The last and final season. THANK GOODNESS. I spent 7 years of my life watching Pretty Little Liars. I found myself breaking my head trying to figure who 'Uber A' was after every episode and season. But it finally came to an end. The series finale finally answered SOME questions. Unfortunately, I have more questions now, than I did before. "Uber A/A.D' is Alex Drake, Spencer's twin sister.

1. Why couldn't Pretty Little Liars end in season 6? Why did the directors/writers want to kill of Charlotte/Cece Drake/Charles?
I put these two questions together because they correspond with each other. In season 6 we learned more about CeCe Drake and how she's transgender and was originally named Charles. And in the season 6 finale it was revealed Charlotte was 'Big A and the creator of the A-Team.' So I was like "Okay, yay! Its finally done. We know who 'A' is, next! But no! They continued onto season 7, where Charlotte is killed and now 'Uber A' is trying to figure out who killed her. Now this my opinion, "If Charlotte got caught and taken to a mental institution; why release her after 5 years and then kill her that same night? The writers could have written her a good life and end it in season 6, but no they killed her and now 'Uber A/A.D' wanted revenge. Y'ALL GOT ISSUES.

2. Why was Ezra captured?
What did Ezra have to do with anything? Alex Drake, (A.D) made him miss his own wedding with Aria (one of the liars). Now if her thing was to be friends with The Liars, then why do something big as ruin the wedding. Like hey, 'A.D, these are the people you're trying to be friends with why ruin the wedding?' And apparently Alex thought/knew Ezra was being suspicious on whether or not it was "Spencer," now Ezra was too busy with the wedding and he was distracted. So, I am more than sure he didn't care as much as Alex thought. So, no there was no reason to capture Ezra.

3. How did the mom's get out the basement?
Okay. Seriously how did The Liars' mothers escape the basement. When season 7 returned no one mentioned it until the end. And all they said was that Pam (Emily's mom) stopped drinking for a year after that incident. So, yes. I still want to know how they got out and what possibly happened in there. So what happened?

4. Why kill Wren? How did no one notice this? How did she do it?
Poor Wren. Not going to say he deserves this because all this happened because of him, but why kill him? How do you kill someone such as Wren (working in medical field) and get away with it. How didn't no one report him missing? I want to know how she killed him and got away with it. I thought people reported people missing!? And okay, but how did she do it? Like why didn't she mention that besides the fact that she killed him and she put his ashes in the littlest diamond necklace. How do you possibly put some ashes in a diamond necklace and wear the person you murdered? The show wrote up some psychopaths. Like no? Am I the only one thinking this? okay!

5. How can "A" afford all of this?
Throughout the seasons I've noticed that 'A' is laundering/dealing with money through the entire show. All possible 'A's' are high school students or where in mental institutions. However, Alex was adopted by a wealthy family and then was back into the orphanage after they didn't want her due to her actions. And later she worked as a bartender. I'm sorry to question money motives here, but how did they all do it? I need to know, your girl is hurting. Like they bought: houses, dolls, all the dam equipment they needed to ruin The Liars, all the masks as well and the laundering money. How y'all do it?

6. Why does Mona keep Mary Drake and Alex Drake as dolls? How does Mona get them from Prison to France?
So, we all knew Mona was crazy but crazy enough to have them locked up in this doll store playing as dolls? That's crazy! Also how did she get them from Prison to France? Let. Me. Tell. You. If I was either of them this would've been me, "GUARD. GUARD. Get her out of here. Why she trying to take me? GUUUUUUARD!!!!! I AIN'T GOING WITH YOU, YOU PSYCHO." Like do you get me? I would've been kicking and screaming. How did Mary and Alex just cooperate with Mona? Also, c'mon Mona. The game is finally over. Let's move on and all be healthy: mentally and physically. But no Mona decided to run the risk of getting them to France. Why France? Also, how did she get them passports? How did you buy the store? Was Mona rich and I missed it the entire show?

7. What happened between Spencer and Toby?
OK. Yes, the entire show we saw them fall in and out of love, they even loved others, but okay now  Season 7 it's a different story. Everyone is getting engaged, married or having kids but they left us for suspense with Spencer and Toby. I felt like we needed to know what happened between them because they owe it to The Liars, and especially to Spencer. Spencer pretty much went to hell and back. She found out that she had a twin sister who was trying to ruin her and her friends, like give her her HAPPY ENDING!

8. What happened to Jenna?
Now onto Jenna. Jenna pretty much saved The Liars and yet we didn't see what happened to her. She figured out who 'Uber A' in a whiff. She talked to "Spencer" aka Alex and she called Toby in a heart beat. Like how does A BLIND PERSON figure out who 'Uber A,' but five brains put together can't? Jenna also needed her happy ending. Like will she ever gain her eye sight back? Did she move out of Rosewood? Does she get a boyfriend? Y'all need to get it together.

9. Why so many family secrets?
Honestly like how can a family hide such BIG secrets, such as, 1. They're not your real parents. 2. You have a twin sister. 3. You share brothers with this person. Like does Mary Drake not want to mention to Spencer that she has a twin sister? C'mon people. How is it that these people are always together, but don't have any type of communication. Is there no trust? Like I get it there is somethings you don't share and there's some that you do, but c'mon. They must really not be there to notice these things, smh.

10. What's up with Mary Drake?
Mary Drake. Throughout the entire show she has been with Spencer and/or against Spencer. Like is she a scam or not? Let's not forget she was scamming Alison and plotting against The Liars. But then all of a sudden she comes into the Police Station saying she killed Archer Dunhill. She legit saved Spencer and The Liars lives. So, I'm going back and forth and just thinking to myself, is she nice or mean, so I'm confused.

11. Why was Alex targeting Hanna?
Everyone knows that Alex is jealous of Spencer; which is the reason why she targeted Spencer and Toby. Okay, but now why Hanna? Hanna was another person, who was targeted a lot by Alex. At some point I thought it it was someone from Hanna's life. But no, Alex is just doing to most. So why target Hanna so badly?

12. A FREAKIN SPIN OFF? FR!?
Spin offs happen to a lot of shows, a lot of good shows. Now how is the series going to ended just like that... like FR!? It ends the exact same way on how the show started off. The show started with Alison missing and now the show ended with Addison missing. Do you see the resemblance between the two names? Like can the writers be any more creative? Seriously there is thousand names out there such as Holly, Taylor, Kim, etc. Like if they make a spin off for Addison are they going to do the exact same thing, such as: 1. Have a twin sister? 2. Step parents? 3. Is she rich too? 4. Are they going to have the exact same thing that happened with Alison, with Addison? I spent 7 years of my life with Pretty Little Liars and a spin is just not right. I will not watch the spin off. So don't make it.

I'm happy Pretty Little Liars finally came to an end. It was way long over due, but it's finally done. I honestly feel like having THREE different groups of 'A's' was not necessary. They dragged the show! But this is how I feel.

How do you feel? Did you stop watching? What are you questions? Do you feel like you wasted your time watching the show? Did you love the show? If there's a Spin off are you going to watch it?

Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette

The biggest buzz of the month of June next to KKW beauty line, The Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette. I want to start off by saying 1. I never owned anything by Morphe. and 2. I did not know who Jaclyn Hill was. I've heard of both Morphe and Jaclyn, but never really looked into. I came across this palette on Instagram. The color scheme of the shadows caught my eye and the more I looked into it, the more I liked it. So, I decided to get my hands on it. I did research of course and found out this palette took 2 YEARS to make. Jaclyn wanted to perfect it and Morphe of course let her take matters into her hands. The palette consists of 35 brand new shadows for a total of $38.
The packaging is a little to simple for my liking but its okay. The packaging is all white with silver lettering. On the front it says, "The Jaclyn Hill Palette" with "Morphe" on the corner. The back has four pictures of Jaclyn Hill with a little message,
"Creating this palette has truly been a dream come true for me. Morphe gave me full creative control and allowed me to customize my dream palette for everyone to enjoy! Every shade was customized by me and I really hope you guys love it as much as I do! I wanted a range of neutrals and pops of colors to accommodate all skin tones. I put my heart and soul into this palette and I hope my pickiness pays off! XO Jaclyn"
Once you take off the sleeve, you come to the palette. Yes, the front of the palette is exactly as the sleeve but the back has "MorpheXJaclynHill" with Jaclyn's initials all over the back, "JH." The palette is made out of cardboard and not plastic like the other Morphe palettes.

This palette is dedicated to all my loving subscribers xo Jaclyn
The palette itself. 35 shades of so much color. Unfortunately, the palette itself does not have the name of the shadows. BUMMER! I know its not a big deal, but I feel like I need to have the names. Yes, I know many palettes don't have the names on them, but many have it on the back of the palette. There is a little flier with the names of the shadows, but I lose things so quickly. *sad face*

Now here are pictures of the "eye looks" I've done. I'm not an artist. I don't know how to  use eye shadow but I'm trying...

I used M.F.E.O, Jada and Pool Party.

For this look I used: Enchanted and Diva
For this look I used: M.F.E.O, Buns, and Faint.

I used: M.F.E.O, Buns, Mocha, and Obsessed.
The Verdict:
After watching many reviews on the palette and now having the palette in my hands its very different. Some of the shadows swatch pigmented, but two of my biggest problems with these shadows are: 1. There is a lot of fallout with the matte shadows and 2. they don't blend easily...for ME. A thing I also noticed is that with the dark shades they tend to stain my eyelids when I take off my makeup and as well as my brushes. The palette cost $38 plus taxes and shipping it can come to a total of: 48$-49$. Since some Youtubers have discount codes and you're able to use them on the palette it brought it down to $45 with some change. Do I regret it? No. I love how diverse the palette is. You can easily create so many looks. Do I recommend you buying it? Honestly, if some of these pop of colors do not intimated you then buy it and if you don't care of having a white cardboard palette or the fact that the names aren't on the palette then even better.  But if you're not going to use half of these colors then save yourself some money. Also there is 17 shimmer and 18 mattes shadows a total off 35 new shades. My favorite shadows are: Firework, Cranapple, Pool Party and Jada. & My favorite rows are: 3rd and 5th row. The palette is currently sold out but there is going to be a restock soon. So, in case you missed it the first launch and you want then make sure to be updated.
